Disclose to the CSRD with confidence
See why companies inside and outside of Europe are turning to Gravity for help complying with the CSRD.
Introducing the CSRD
Starting in 2025, the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requires companies with an EU presence to report ESG risks and opportunities, with the same level of assurance as financial data.
This directive sets a new standard for the breadth and depth of sustainability reporting, requiring companies to go beyond carbon emissions and report on waste, pollution, water, and biodiversity.
Who needs to report?
Around 10,000 companies will need to disclose to the CSRD standards, including US companies with a significant European presence. After the EU's 2026 Omnibus amendments, the directive applies to companies with more than 1,000 employees and over €450 million in turnover, with first reports due for fiscal year 2027. Companies should start preparing now.
